lack of lift temporary closure
The location near the shopping mall was acceptable. A good restaurant was nearby.
There was no lift to the lobby. I did not get prior notice regarding the temporary closure of the swimming pool.

great location and comfy rooms!
spacious room convenient parking
The hotel is near the sha tin hospital so visiting family was easy. I just took a bus from across the street. the room was spacious considering the location, and the air conditioning was quiet. there was a decent breakfast selection though not huge. The parking area was a good size, too.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to locations like tsim sha tsui. there is a direct bus to the airport. The mtr station is also on a line to tsim sha tsui, offering easy access to the city.

i found a water dispenser, which helped avoid plastic waste. i also had what i needed to feel comfortable. the location was convenient. the nearby restaurants and supermarkets were useful.
i needed to go down the hall to get water since there was no bottled water in the room.

the concierge provided excellent assistance, especially helping with bus transport. staff members were honest and helpful. they even secured personal items until i returned, which i greatly appreciated.

the hotel is a short walk to the metro station, about five minutes. public transport from the airport is convenient, a bus stop is right in front. the hotel offers a shuttle to kowloon station and tsim sha tsui, a thirty-minute ride.

clean room bus service
the room was spacious and clean daily the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food options the hotel also provided a bus service to popular attractions in the city it made getting around easier. i found the room amenities to be quite convenient i used the high-speed internet and the work desk frequently the shower had good water pressure too.
there was no elevator access to the lobby it made arrival a bit difficult with luggage
